Christmas!!!!! and exams.... !!

It's been a long time again since I've bothered to update my bloggie.. Been lazy... X)

Time really has been flying. It's December already and guess what, CHRISTMAS is coming!!!! This is the festive I love most!!! Gifts, carols, shopping, eating, cheers.... Everything about christmas just makes you smile =)

Christmas this year will be a mess. The factor is EXAMS.

Exams are just around the corner... It just pricks you hard when you are dreaming about christmas plans and suddenly remembered about the heaps of books you haven't studied... Why do I pick such a course??

Sometimes I might think that this route is not for me... I don't mean I have no abilities to pass through those 5 insane years, but my lifestyle just doesn't suit into the picture.

I felt quite distressed about me picking the wrong route but I can't bear with the consequences of me not continuing my course.

Just a little voice calling out maybe, just MAYBE... If you see my wearing Sarong Kebaya on Singapore airlines or MAS airlines, don't be too surprised.. I may have picked the pretty Sarong Kebaya over those boring white coats and stethoscopes.

Anyway, this MIGHT happen. Just to come back to reality, it had been 4 months in my degree and I have been enjoying myself A LOT.

Trips, shopping, birthdays , I even started to enjoy classes. Things all around us are unlimited and learning new things seemed to reveal part by part the knowledge the universe holds. It makes you feel alive. I start to appreciate the people around me, not knowing when we have too part. I started to appreciate the things around me as well, knowing how lucky I am now by having the chance of happiness which others may not have a chance of holding to.

Thanks to all those around me and those who are not. They taught me the lesson of holding on and letting go. Not to appreciate only when things are gone.

Still, I have to stop being lazy.

STUDY is the only thing I should do now.

My holidays are over and I have to go back to Aimst...

This is sad.

I haven't enjoyed myself thoroughly and I haven't study the papers that are due next Wednesday and Thursday... Pathetic hols, I know..

Anyway, updates about my short and pity holidays...

Shu Wen's Birthday Party♥

In the midst of our exams, we are having a party.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KHOR SHU WEN!!!

U're 19 now!! Stop dreaming, find a boyfriend and we'll be VERY happy for you! X)

The party was planned secretly among us others... Suzanne and Sherlyn offered their house for the party spot. We went out to buy a cake and presents. She doesn't know I'm going out of course..

So I had to bluff about going to the study area. Haha.

We got a cake from Secret Recipe and a mask in The Face Shop as a present.

Preparations.....

When we got back, we prepared everything and made up some reasons to trick her to the house. Once the birthday girl open the front door, we jumped out and chorused a birthday song!!! She was so shocked...

The celebration was fun... Suzanne 'accidentally' poured some water and the floor was wet. As ShuWen is the birthday girl, she had to go the the bathroom and get a cloth to wipe the mess. Once she was inside the bathroom, we crept silently behind her and splashed water all over her!!!! Screams and shrieks were heard from the place. I couldn't stop laughing with the camera... We didn't expect her to revenge but she did.. She grabbed hold of the hose and sprayed water on us too!!! X) Lucky I'm with the cam. She doesn't HURT me then.. haha.

Celebration continued with the cake cutting session after she changed into Sherlyn's clothes. Because she was wet all over... Pity but still funny... Xp

We took crazy pictures the whole evening and laughed non-stop. This was a change for us, instead of straining our necks across Anatomy and Physiology... X)

A Big Part of me. Hidden.

It was not until today I realized that I was confused... [ahem..] about guys.

I'm being an idiot I think. I made a completely fool out of myself.. T.T

Anyway, I learnt how to live my life MY way.. X)

If u love something, u won't be able to give it away. Even if it has no benefits to u.

Even if it harms u, u still be afraid to part with it...

This is what I feel in the past few months...

A friend just told me he read all my blogs and was touched by the way I put every way I felt in my blogs. I felt an urged to review my blog and I found out that the PAST me and the PRESENT me has a big difference in posting blogs.

Lately, I'm being secretive to my faithful readers. I'm not revealing my stories in details now. I'm scared that others will see through my happy face and found that the inside was one struggling soul. To let go or not to?

Things have changed a lot.

They're not the same or another way to put it is, they're more sophisticated. I love that tim when they're simpler. I don't have much to think about, lay around and problems will be solved in a tick. The present is more like a prolonged acute inflammation that becomes chronic. [Pardon me for using so much medical terms, I'm actually memorizing in this way X) ].

Chronic in a way that even when it heals, it would leave behind a scar. A graveyard of contents.

And most importantly, it needs heaps of strong thinking for healing processes.

I have to keep my mind and body strong to deal with the circumstances.

To be frank, I'm really happy these weeks. =)

Get to chat with an old old friend in primary... I just found out that if we were just a little braver, maybe we would end up being together.. Puppy love! haha..

That time we were in standard 6.. The time where everyone is writing love letters, having secret lovers... It was nice flashing back 7 years ago, when we were still wearing that dark blue uniform, chasing each other round the canteen... I had a lot of admirers ( not to boast ), but there's one guy I really like among them... It was sweet time playing with classmates, no worries.

The guy I liked was of course admired by quite a number of girls in my class... But he made it quite obvious that he liked me, so I'm being nailed as an enemy by the others.. xP

We played chess, 3-6-9 ( a stupid game where a group sit down and count, the ones who counted 3/6/9 get a chance to hit peoples' hand.) , and we were in the same Pengakap. Things were sweet...

But that time, none of us dared to shout our feelings to each other. This feeling dragged us to Secondary school, and we had our boyfriends and girlfriends and so on...

It wasn't until today, I had a chat with him a

nd we admit all our feelings to each other. The only difference is, he has his girlfriend and I had mine...

But the things we did in primary time made me laughed my head off... XD

It was all so funny!! I did a list of foolish things and he remembered!! Oh My God. I have no more NICE ''image'' in front of him...

We found out that we still kept the gifts we gave each other during occasions and birthdays...

And we made a deal.. X)

To think of it, memories were nice... Life is bright with memories... =)

It's holidays now... Most of my friends went home...=)

I'm still in Aimst for the time being.. I don't know the reason, but since I came back for degree, I'm not that keen in going home every weekends... Not like the way I spend my weekends in Foundation - I rushed home as soon as possible... My house is just 30 minutes away.. x)

Maybe the reasons making me want to go back is not really there anymore...

That person is not so important to me now... I rather stay in a damn boring place like Aimst than going back... Hey, this is good...! =D

Okay, I'm rather lazy to update...

After a month in medicine, there's only a month towards our 1st Continuous Assessment!!!
Time flies..
But I'm still in the LAGGING PHASE.. unable to make myself to stand up.. T.T

By the way, a lot happened.
I found myself among 200+ EXTRA HARDWORKING people suddenly...
But don't misunderstood me, I'm only AMONG them.
I'm NOT one of them.

Next, I found a group of sot friends after Steph left..=)
We make trips to the mall and gazed over make ups + clothes + stuffs... xD hahah...

Lately, I found myself a reason to keep holding on...
No regrets to my life... At least I held on before... =)

My dinner awaits me... Must go line up awal-awal... If not must QUEUE for half an hour before you can even touch the food..>.<

Update.

Sorry to my faithful followers... Ive been outdated for months. But thanks for still being with me..

This is my second week in degree programme... I wanted to know more people, but its always either I'm too shy, or they're too shy.. So I'm not hanging on anymore in making new friends... Let things be the way they are... This is a lesson I've learnt from my hurtful relationship... I hope it will come to an end, but there may be another way round...

Its just a few days back in Aimst, but the whole thing is diferent. (Except the lecture system of course, the cafe food.)

I missed Steph.

She is the best thing that ever happened in my pre-uni life.
I don't know whether I have the chance to be with her again, but I know we wil not stop contacting each other once in a while... Yep?

I'm happy to know that she's happy now. Keep smiling~

What's next?

It had been boring again these days.. Couldn't find a job yet.. And I've been hanging out with shujin and esther lately...

By the way, I'm going back to Aimst on the 10th of August.. Another 5years to go... The offer letter came yesterday.. Anxious + happy + worried still after opening the package.. Well, I guess this is going to be tough! Congrats and add oil to those who got their dream course and those who are going to head towards their next destination!!!

2nd day in the city.

Just came back from McDonalds Cheras... Haha.. Sat there for quite some time, chatting... Long time I didn't chat with Jin already... Kinda back to old school times... =)

Phew, today was quite tired... Went to Mid Valley with Jin, Yee Terng and Guang Ching. I wasn't quite close with them so quite don't know what to say.. A bit awkward..

Watched Terminators Salvation in GSC Signature in The Garden!!! Premiere class! Bloody 20 bucks for a movie! All these is because of all that bloody long queue in Mid Valley GSC...

By the way, I didn't even knew The Garden exists before today.. Haha.. But the place is too classy for shopbrats like me.. Haha..

We shopped in Mid Valley... Saw the sandals I've wanted in Nose, and the wedges I've aimed for in Voir...

BUT TODAY MUST BE SNOWING! For I didn't buy both of them! Haha... Maybe my SHOPAHOLIC manners are not on top of me anymore..! XD

But I bought something also -lah... =P

A little Tee from Voir and a dress from Icon... Just a small souvenir for myself... XP

Oh ya, since we're all Penangites, but they're living in KL(except me), we have a light dinner in a Penang Food shop. I kinda forgot the name, but I'd be laughed by SOMEONE back in Butterworth for the fortune I paid for my hokkien mee in KL.

By comparison,

Penang Hokkien mee - RM2.50
My Hokkien mee - RM 9.80 + Service charge + Gov. tax

But the food was nice actually... And the waiter was friendly. He even offered to take a picture of four of us himself! =)

Phew! It was not a bad day for a girl. =)

But tomorrow will be greater! Times Square, I'm COMING!
